James Fairley

Director

James Fairley has worked in residential childcare since 2011 and brings extensive operational and leadership experience to Serenity Support and Care.

Beginning as a Residential Childcare Worker, James progressed through Senior Support Worker, Deputy Manager and Home Manager roles, successfully leading residential children's homes supporting young people with a wide range of complex needs.

His experience includes working alongside the Youth Offending Service, supporting prevention and intervention programmes, and managing services that achieved excellent Care Inspectorate Wales inspection outcomes.

James is committed to developing high-performing teams and ensuring every young person receives exceptional care within a safe, nurturing environment.
